My favourite thing about Brittany's Kitchen Videos is that she has never once used all the correct tools or ingredients required for whatever shes trying to make and is still devastated when the final product doesnt come out right. You know one pump equals 1/2-1 ounce depending on the pump right??
@@cadycastle9957 not at most places! Especially this specific brand of syrup, which most coffee shops use. The pump that comes with it is a 1/4 oz pump. I used that brand of syrup for years and I would put literal droplets in my drink because it’s so concentrated and can be easy to go overboard with 😂 PLUS the jigger she used to measure it was used wrong. The small side is 1oz, the large side is 2oz… so she put four ounces in a drink with barely any liquid 😭 I can’t even imagine how overwhelming it tasted

Fun little story: my mom is obsessed with Harry Potter and when me and my brother were little (I was 9, he was 11) she wanted us to make butterbeer together. We did not have a recipe and she was just showing us pictures of diy butterbeer on her cracked phone. Eventually, I don’t even remember what she put in there (but not any alcohol obv) except a WHOLE fucking melted stick of butter and an insane amount of sugar. Needless to say both me and my brother threw up and we were scared to drink anything else besides water for the rest of the summer. Good ol’ memories

I had butter beer in the Harry Potter section of Universal studios in Japan. I was freezing it was hot and smelt like maple syrup and damn it was good... Also there was a lot and I got to keep the mug. I went to rinse the mug in the bathroom and freaking Moaning Myrtle was speaking in Japanese (makes sense it was Japan) the whole time I was in there.
