as someone who works backstage, seeing all the behind-the-scenes equipment made me really excited - you've got sound design, lighting design, costumes, even woodworking... it's a lot like theater (with cameras), and I just think that's neat
You forgot to mention the art studio in between the upstairs and basement! Happy to be your neighbour and the art meat in your double layer studio sandwich!
