I wanted to do the tilted iPad cover tilting the other way, and I figured out a workaround: Copy your cover image, open it, Do a horizontal flip so it all looks backwards, and save that. Drop that flipped cover image into the 3D cover maker, and when you get that cover downloaded, open that image and do a horizontal flip on that and you end up with the iPad cover tilted the other way.
