    Im going to be up at the Dragon this weekend its so much fun.
    Whenever ypur trip is since you go through Georgia I highly recommend stopping at Wolf Pen Gap as well, if its not too far off your path its fun as well and not a lot of people up there

      Actually just got home a few hours ago from the trip. It was such an amazing time, and I am without a doubt coming back again sometime in the future. I wish I could have visited there, maybe I can save that for next time. Thanks for watching and showing support 🤝💙

    This vid is such a vibe. I do 320 miles round trip every other weekend so it's always satisfying doing check ups on your baby doing oil changes checking brakes etc. It's the little things 💙

      It’s definitely smart keeping up with the maintenance for sure. I always try to periodically check to make sure everything is good on the car. I appreciate you so much for watching! I appreciate the support💙

    I never knew the 86/BRZ had that maintenance screen. That’s actually a super helpful tool for those who forget what mileage they changed their oil at. Awesome video, can’t wait to watch what you have planned for this roadtrip. ❤

      I didn't either until today. I just reset Trip A whenever I change my oil. Did the same method with my other ride.

      Resetting the trip is also a really great method to keep track of how many miles it’s been. Thanks for watching 🤝💙

      Hey man, I actually use to work at a Lexus Dealership and we would occasionally have those ES300’s come through. They are really beautiful vehicles, it’s awesome to hear you are saving up for an 86. I absolutely love mine, and would highly recommend you looking into getting one for yourself.

      Oh 100%, it was definitely much needed as well. I still had abit of time left before needing to do an oil change but I fiqured it would change it before going on this long trip. Thanks for watching 🤝💙

    Have you ever considered switching the weight of oil you use?

    • @Justinackerman_
      @Justinackerman_  Месяц назад +1

      It’s funny you ask that because I was considering switching to 5W-30 for the oil this time. People have told me to switch to that due to the warmer weather and harder driving conditions I put my car through. However I’ve always used 0W-20 in the car so I decided just to stick with it again for this oil change. If I would switch the weight it would end up being 5w-30 for sure! I hope this could help answer your question, thanks so much for watching 🤝💙

    Any problems with filling with 6qts of oil? i think ive seen u “slide” your car before. I know these cars are weird about right turns. If all is good i lll consider filling up with 6qts instead of the recomended 5.3

    • @Justinackerman_
      @Justinackerman_  Месяц назад

      I haven’t had a single issue with that, I’ve heard a lot of other people doing a similar thing as well. I do occasionally have my fun with it and slide it around, but I do daily drive the car and best on it pretty much everyday. So it burns through it pretty quickly, you don’t have to do 6 but I would recommend filling it up at least a little more than what they recommend.

    What part of NC are you going through? I live in NC so it would be cool if i could spot your car in person.

      I will be traveling up to the Robinsville area, I would love for you to get the chance to see the car in person, maybe even meet up and film some content together as well on the channel 💪

    How many times have you been pulled over for that license plate?

    • @Justinackerman_
      @Justinackerman_  Месяц назад

      Thankfully I haven’t had any issues with cops in regards to the license plate. I try and not be too obnoxious when I’m around them so I don’t bring attention to myself. Thanks so much for watching💙

    may be a dumb question just got my 2024 86 and am not really sure at what miles i should be getting an oil change? i got it with 15 miles on it.

    • @Justinackerman_
      @Justinackerman_  Месяц назад

      I would say it all depends on how often you drive it and the type of conditions you drive it in. I usually like to change mine every 4-5k miles! I hope this could help answer your question, thanks so much for watching 🤝💙

    I was considering getting a K&N filter on my car, did you notice any difference compared to the factory one?

    • @Justinackerman_
      @Justinackerman_  Месяц назад

      To be quite honest with you, I didn’t notice any server differences between the factory one and the new K&N one I purchased. It 100% will help the car breath and run better now with a brand new filter, and they are a reputable brand which I why I purchased one. Also their filters are reusable so you don’t have to continue to keep constantly purchasing new air filters. Thanks so much for watching the video 🤝💙

    What Part K&N is this?

    • @Justinackerman_
      @Justinackerman_  Месяц назад

      Wassup, the part number for the K&N filter I purchased was 33-5060. I hope this could help answer your question, thanks so much for watching 🤝💙

    Good looking car, atrocious color.

    • @Justinackerman_
      @Justinackerman_  17 дней назад

      I appreciate the support, to be honest I told myself I wouldn’t spend the money on this car unless I did get it in this color. Neptune Blue is my far my favorite color out of the lineup they’ve done with these cars. Everyone has there own personal opinions and to some people this color may be to bright and obnoxious, but I absolutely love it. Thanks for watching the video 🤝💙
