I'm not really interested in the best thermal paste anymore... I'd like to know just how effective the cheaper stuff is. When your constantly swapping and testing cpu's, using the best gets ridiculously expensive!
Which of these thermal paste last a long time without drying out? I Have a ryzen 5 5500 cpu but i plan to upgrade to ryzen 7 5800x cpu maybe next year. Which thermal paste should i get ?
None of the above, search / google for 'phase change (thermal) material' such as Honeywell PTM7950 from a legit source, or 'PhaseSheet PTM' from Thermal Grizzly although expensive. These also don't 'pump-out'...
Do you primarily game? If so, you should probably get something with a V-cache. Like the 5700X3D or even 5800X3D if you can afford that one. As for thermal paste. TM30 is relatively cheap. If you want the absolute best Kryonaut Extreme is a very good choice but it's also $21 for just 2 grams. TM30 is like $12 for 3 grams
@AtomicNuke-gn3qm I like to also video edit I game not as much as I use to but is good to know thermal paste thank you for letting me know which thermal paste I should go with
