@Chris Laverick 3 people is evidence enough to completely disregard a fundamental technique that is proven to help avoid Injury? People get hurt in martial arts, but a breakfall spreads your energy across a larger plane, thus reducing the impact any one part takes. He said uugh in the video, because his RIBS and lungs took most of the impact.
I like this the only changes I did was collapsing my right leg before pulling my opponent over me while pulling his arm during the fireman's carry to use his momentum and less effort to bring him over. For me posting on his shoulder would be better to put some pressure on him while transitioning to an armbar. That's just the variation that i like. Good video though!
I feel like this is an extremely hard move to hit, when you go for the initial nearside leg, they’re already sprawling on you, so how are you gonna shoot across his body to the other leg? I think you be better off just trying to take his back with the initial arm drag
Yes, but not the arm bar. Leg attacks r allowed in folkstyle not sure why the dude above me said they aren’t. Instead of the armbar, depending on ur landing position either try to turn to the legs to secure the takedown or if he’s open to it either high leg over and go for a pin or if u lose the arm and still want to pin try to sink in a half and control the arm
I really felt it when he said "EGHUHH"
My dude. Teach your guy how to break fall, my god that fall.
Bro held that arm lock a little long too💀
that was barely a throw
Haha that UGH!
Why? Breakfalls can be dangerous, ive seen 3 people fracture their elbows off break falls in my career

Kevin lee lookin dicey dicey. Excellent video bonus straight to arm bar
Beautiful thank you bro
watched my 5 year old discover this takedown on his own , going to get him on that arm bar after
Cool setup from the outside.
I'm seeing two variations of this. I think your entering from the outside prevents the crucifix I keep getting put into.
Good point.
The look on his face tho when he posted

More than likely I'm sure they will push on your head, but as for the sprawl I'm guessing their weight will be a little forward but not a sprawl.

Is this legal to do in folkstyle wrestling???
Probably if u don't touch the legs
