cool video mate, you seem to be sitting down on the deadlift on going back down to early causing the bar to sit on your knees imagine the bar path you want it to try go up and down in a straight line. try bending at your hips until late the bar gets past your knees then sitting down those few inches to put the bar to the ground. ✌💪
