One trick I came up with was cutting the sleeves off an old Gi, you can then slide them over a barbell and do exercises with a Gi grip. Trust me, it will hurt.
Great content guys as always. I would also suggest looking into the "wrist wrench" arm wrestlers and climbers use to strengthen their wrists, forearms, and grip in one shot.
relevant video for me. i know grip strength is one of my weak spots. its decent with barbells and doing heavy kettlebell carries, but hangs and plate pinches and such not so great. especially bad with hangs where i might get 30 seconds if im lucky.
Hangs from the bar or hangs on cleans? A good rule is to not use a “hook” grip for the majority of your training. This helps build grip strength, despite being less optimal for actual grip.
It's good to see you guys making content again
Back on the bus in a big way!

This sounds like you’ll have no finger skin left.
Been working on my grip for years…
Thats why you so strong!

Great tip! We can go on about grip for days!
