Love the smell of diesel in the morning
The sound I just can’t get enough
Smells amazing
Fresh cold air with diesel is the meaning of life
What ever happened to your 12 hours powerstroke cold cranking videos
🤢🤢🤮
That bagged dually tho, oh so sweet!
Some of these people know how to start something, others know how to chew through starters
I couldn’t agree more. Makes me bit upset when people do that 😢
I love diesel trucks
I love diesel love from michoacan mexico
Yo some of these clips I’m wondering how many starter motors do they go through a year? 🤣 last time I laid on my starter that long I heard metal start grinding, learned my lesson.
Yeah this is entertaining but not good at all for your truck 😂
@@durrtydieselz5795 don’t get me wrong I agree, I love the lopey sound they have once their cranked up and the smoke that pours out when it’s chopping at idle but damn I’d be made having to replace flex plates/flywheels all the time 🤣
I wish I could smell all this smokes. God i can imagine now amazing it smelt
in this situation, i would do the logical thing, plug the block heater in, attack the oil pan with a heat gun, then once those are warm(ish) shove the heat gun into the intake manifold, on full blast, turn the key and hope.
but hey, these vids aren't for logical reasons, but for entertainment of others.
Yeah they ain’t good at all😂
Love da Rollin coal cold start.
Theres something therapeutic about a cold start firing up.
I’m a fifth generation trucker and I miss those sounds. New trucks are nice but lost the feel.
I’ve got a ‘12 fourth Gen Cummins with 5” exhaust it sounds better than most second gens and I never have to whip out the ether to get her started. I get it the new trucks take away that sense of accomplishment you get when you finally get the old truck started in -20 degree weather but the new ones are more convenient and powerful.
@@richardturner7560 I’ve only drove Detroit’s and Mercedes. I’ve mostly kept my trucks inside at night or kept them running while in Wisconsin. Cold starts are fun to hear but getting them to start old or new has never been a problem in decades.
The only truck I couldn’t get to start was a 2012 that was left outside unplugged.
My dream would be a glider but Cummins with the new Alisons are really doing well.
nah the newer 6.7 Powerstrokes sound really nice with a straight pipe.
Ayee, thats my truck @3:09🤌🏽
5:34 is the best to me
The sufferance between my 02 Cummins and my 2006 is huge I plug them both in if I remember but if I forget The 2006 you won’t even know you didn’t other than the wait till start light didn’t come on But the 2002 don’t like cold it will start but it’s murdering the starter slowly
That was swwwweeeeet. Thank ya.
I appreciate the support thanks it means a lot!
1:29For some reason the 5.9 12 valve in the first and second gen always have this medium pitch whining sound when it starts
Ive got a 2nd Gen Cummins on my channel with some cold starts and some amazing sounds of it!
I checked it out, you’ve got some pretty cool videos
Cool
It would be nice it would make it video all the way in Long instead to make a short it should have been no problem after the interest starts as a cold start you always make it half of it make it all the way full
Thanks
If everything is in good working order, 99% of diesel engines should fire right up at low temps, my 7.3 only ever struggled at low temps when my glowplugs went out. Oil viscosity also plays a big role.
Is it worth buying a Ford F-250 diesel used with 150k miles? They can last a long time right?
@@TheRealLemongrab it all really depends on how the previous owner took care of it. Do you know the history of how it was taken care of?
@@TheRealLemongrabmy 2013 Mazda 3 has 135k miles and runs fine
Cold blooded machines
0:38 u need a new truck BADLY
2:13 that's water vapor....
I have a couple good videos of mine cold starting where can i send them to you?
I’m surprised the 2nd one started it was turning slow.
Did you or RUclips remove the video of the 12 hr power stroke cold cranking in the snow
Now you know we're tha exhaust leaks
Yeah buddy
Awesome video!
What’s that song at the end?
Hi did you tube take and remove your one video of the 23 hour powerstroke cold cranking
I think that first truck might need some new tires
I'm your 1000th subscriber.
Thanks 🙏
"Wait to start"
On today's episode of Dodges with dead batteries that need the timing advanced-
Yeah😂
Actually less timing for better cold starts 👍
@@bandabanderos I've fixed a few Dodges that started like this by bumping the timing up a bit, usually 5-8° Also the older 12v and many other mechanical diesels advance the timing for cold starts.
Jared Kennedy all the electronically controlled timing diesels retard timing for cold start. It is no different for a mechanically tunes diesel. Unless you were starting with one that was for some reason set ATDC, then advancing it to before TDC would help.
@@bandabanderos So then why does my IDI advance the timing on cold starts, and why are HEUI engines so loud on cold start? That's advanced timing.
HELL YEAH
6:00 not rolling, but flying cole :D
What was the song at the end
Big Diesel Truck by FlyRich double
Why do people lift their trucks if they are city drivers, same thing with massive exhausts, and stacks 😂
because they want to
Hu what happened to your video of the 12 hours of cold cranking the white powerstroke truck video
Hey can you let me know
Hey did they remove the one video the powerstroke 12 hrs cranking or not I don't see it on there any were
This is terrible for your engine. Anybody who actually cared about their truck would plug it in.
True
Can't always plug them in. I deer hunt in northern Wisconsin where it can be as cold as 0 some mornings. Proper viscosity oil makes all the difference
For a video that said Duramax,Cummins and Powerstroke cold start compilations you. Showed way too many Cummins and not enough POWERSTROKES OR DURAMAX'S
Yeah cause it’s only the cummins owners doing these hard starts and hurting there trucks 😂
@@durrtydieselz5795 That's not the point! Show more powerstroke's and Duramax's
Will do 👍
@@durrtydieselz5795 lol
it's not cold. it''s a crap
