    A simple helpful video! I have a question for you…how many degrees did you have in the coffee with a “cold” cup and temperatures set to max? A lot of people don’t like the dedica because makes a coffee not so warm, i want buy it but i’m scared about the temperatures of espresso. Thank you so much!

    • @TomsCoffeeCorner
      @TomsCoffeeCorner  2 года назад +3

      Hey Gianluca, I didn't measure the temp of the coffee, but with the Dedica you have to make sure to preheat your espresso cups. If you want a really hot espresso coming out, I would recommend looking at the new Gaggia Classic Pro. Its boiler sits right on top of the brew group, which is why it is way hotter. The Dedica's boiler is a good distance away from the brew group, thus there is some heat loss in the hoses that lead from the boiler to the brew group. Cin cin! Tom

    • @gianlucaugolini3796

      @@TomsCoffeeCorner no i’m not a big fan of a big hot espresso, but i saw video that coming out water from top of the machine without basket with 84 degrees and coffee in cup at 57 degrees, too cold for me.
