Methi Masala Paratha | Methi Paratha | Fenugreek Leaves Paratha
Ingredients:
Wheat flour - 2 cup
Methi/fenugreek leaves - 1 cup, chopped
Turmeric powder - 1/2tsp
Chilli powder - 1/2tsp
Jeera/cumin powder- 1/2tsp
Coriander powder - 1/2tsp
Mango powder - 1/2 tsp
Ajwain/oma - 1/2tsp
Green chilli - 2, crushed
Ginger - 1 inch, crushed
Coriander leaves - 2tbsp, chopped
Oil - 2tbsp
Water as needed
Salt - 1tsp
Oil for roasting

Yes you can use dry methi 1-2 tbsp. Or you can use any leaves like palak, muringa etc😊
