- Weekend ho, aur parathe na ho! Aesa ho hi nahi sakta. Aaj ki recipe is super simple, straight from my childhood memories and is super easy to cook.
In this video, I am going to share how you can make methi parathas using fresh methi (fenugreek) leaves and secondly, how you can use leftover methi ki sabzis to make delicious parathas the next morning! Let's get cooking.

Methi Paratha 2ways
Prep Time - 15mins
Cooking Time - 15mins
(Serves - 2)
INGREDIENTS:
Methi Paratha using Fresh Methi Leaves
Methi leaves - 2cups
Atta (whole wheat flour) - 2cups
Besan (gram flour) - 1cup
Salt - a generous pinch
Ginger chopped - 2tsp
Green chillies chopped - 1no
Onion chopped - ¼ cup
Ajwain (carom seeds) - 2tsp
Water - as required
Oil - a dash
Ghee - for cooking
Methi Paratha using leftover Aloo Methi
For the dough -
Atta (whole wheat flour) - 3cups
Salt - a generous pinch
Water - as required
For Stuffing -
Methi Aloo (readymade) - 2cups
Ginger chopped - 2tsp
Green chillies chopped - 1no
Ghee - for cooking
