Did injora esc on my ascent with 1.3 wheels. These 1/18 are great out the box, with small upgrades even better.

I love a good comparison video. I just filmed a showdown between my Fury Wagon, Evo Pro (brushless), and Ascent18. IMO, those are the 3 best 1/18 RTRs out there right now, and I was actually a little surprised with the results.

@jayf2487 LOL I can’t wait until I have enough subs to have contests! I think I’ll fix it and upload again. The Ascent is pretty great. When I have the $ I’m going to get underdrive on both axles. Hot Racing has some but I’m sure others will too as it seems to be a consistent complaint. While it’s smooth, and doesn’t have the slop of the EVO Pro, it’s a bit jumpy on the start. Also needs a little weight. I have Injora rainbow weighted wheels to try.
