We just ordered from KW, while the products look good and pricing reasonable, the customer service is polite but doesn't care. What they advertised and we ordered, was not what they sent us and when we tried to clarify, all they said was: if you don't like it, return it to us, on your own cost and pay 10% restocking. They didn't even try to provide any other options, or offer anything to bridge the gap.
On the warped wire... It leaves the manufacturer in large 50 - 100 feet rolls. It will be forced to bend on the roll. You have the holy grail of rabbit wire. You probably know by now that it was not the packaging... although anything can happen during shipping. During assembly of the cage I would think that the act of making clip connections with those rings would pull any "warped panel" into a flat plane. I hope that's how it went for you. Thanks Kim for your comment & idea! Yes, GAW is the best !!! I've never received a bowed cage before. Just to clarify: All the pieces above the door were bowed, all the others below were flat. The handle from the door caused the bow to the above. I would not want to put blame on shipping as the box was in perfect condition. Sadly, I have to stand with it was the company that wrapped the cage. In the end, bows are out and cage is working fine!! 😀
