She’s had such an enormous impact on me since I was a teenager when Buffy aired and she’s never going to know. It’s weird how someone can have such influence on your life while you remain a stranger to them.

Yea I agree with you 💯 percent ..buffy came on when I was in junior high school in 1997 and this kid in my class bullied me relentlessly I was terrified of this bully, until one night I watched Buffy and believe it or not watching buffy gave me the courage to face my bully the next day at school and stand up to him and afterwards he stopped bullying me . I'm a black man and I have a fictional white female super hero to thank..Even though this happened over 20 something years ago I appreciate and love Sarah Michelle for playing Buffy so well and what I love about her is that after she finished playing Buffy she wasn't fame hungry like the Kardashians she decided to focus on family and she managed to stay relevant to this day .
Sarah I am loving this comeback! You deserve all the good coming your way. You are my hero since I was a kid. Just beautiful inside and out!

I used to stay in on the weekends in high school and watch Buffy DVDs non stop. Such an amazing show. I am living for this press tour and can’t wait to see Sarah back in action on Wolfpack!

Hands down when it’s about fashion SMG had one of the best wardrobes in movies and real life. I mean IKWYDLS, Scream 2, Buffy, Cruel Intentions. Epic outfits!!! She was the quintessential of the late 90’s/early 2000’s All-American fashionista and it was great. Celebrities today have no idea how beautiful and fun was fashion back then

She analysed her characters’ outfits so well, really shows that she viewed them as actual people not just fictional people which is quite cool. 3:31 that’s such a cool acting tip, made Cici’s fear so noticeable.

SMG said in an interview that Ringer didn't continue because she got pregnant with her son and didn't want go do a second season.

I still rewatch buffy to this day 20+ years later. It's such a good show. The language and banters on the show honestly deserve to be studied in English classes. Sarah's a big part of what makes the script come to life.

Look, I know Swans Crossing didn't last long, but she had some pretty awesome clothes on there, too. I wonder how her first meeting with the wardrobe person on that show went. Probably something like, "Okay, Sarah, we know it's the nineties and you're like 14, but we're gonna dress you like you're a thirty-something divorcee from the Upper East Side in 1985!" I'm not judging, by the way. Her outfits were incredible! (P.S. That show is streaming for free over on Tubi. Check it out. It's everything you'd want in a teenage soap opera. 👍)

Some trivia, the wig Sarah wears in I Know What You Did Last Summer before it got butchered was actually the same wig, same style from one of the episodes in season 2 of Buffy ;) episode is “Becoming Part 2”. I’m pretty sure the outfit she wore in Scream 2 as well was in an episode of Buffy too. Okay, geek out over now.

I had been watching Buffy all my teenage years and in my early 20s. I know what you did last summer and Scream 1 are my favorite movies of the era. She was one of the best actresses, I loved her Maybelline ads, she was one of the best young Hollywood actresses. Loved her and her work. I watched the whole show of Buffy and reruns.

Not only were Sarah's boots epic in Buffy, her coats were equally cool. I own several coats that are Buffy style. Whenever I wear them, I think of the slayer. Even my friends and family say, "Oooo, you're wearing your Buffy coat!"
And I discovered Buffy the Vampire Slayer by fluke after the show had ended. I was in my 30's. She's a hero to all ages of people. ❤

I remember the bedazzeled black bomb beanie that us southern californians would maybe wear on the coldest day of the year but even then we'd take off by 11am, the shirt they put her in though was accurate.

Did anyone else know that SMG was offered roles in past successful films but had to decline due to her incredibly busy 24/7 schedule on "BTVS"? She was originally offered the role of Marla Singer in "Fight Club" with Brad Pitt, however she obviously had to decline and the roll then went to the effortlessly beautiful and extremely talented actress Helena Bonham Carter. Another role that SMG passed on was the character Delilah in "The Faculty" that was then given to Jordana Brewster. SMG stated in an interview back in the late 90s, that she just filmed 2 back to back horror/slasher films (Scream 2, IKWYDLS) in 1997 and didn't want to be typecast in one specific genre and or category so early in her career. Lastly, SMG was considered, not offered, for the roll of Mia Toretto in "The Fast & the Furious". We all know that this role was inevitably given to Jordana Brewster and rightfully so because as much I love SMG, no other actress could've done a better job with the role of Mia Toretto than Jordana Brewster! Another fun fact, when "The Fast & the Furious" was in pre-production, the executive producers specifically based the character of Mia Toretto off of Eliza Dushku, who was in "BTVS" with SMG. For some reason or another though, Eliza Dushku declined the role. Natalie Portman was then approached for the role but she too passed. More than likely due to the filming of the "Star Wars" prequels. After Natalie Portman, SMG was approached but she as well had to decline because of the "BTVS" scheduling and if I'm not mistaken, she had also already signed on to film "Cruel Intentions" during the off season of "BTVS" which therefore made it absolutely impossible to commit herself to another project even if it was "The Fast & Furious", which no one at the time knew how FREAKING FINANCIALLY SUCCESSFUL THIS FILM WOULD TURN OUT TO BE AND OR THE HUGE FRANCHISE THAT WOULD BE CREATED AS A RESULT OF IT'S ON GOING SUCCESS!!!
