Love the location. However, seems there's no ocean view in this location. Can you confirm?
It's truly a lovely area. Not 100% certain, as the area is a little flat and the houses are mainly 1 storey. Higher buildings will however provide a view of the ocean without much effort. What is certain though, is that they can feel the sea breeze throughout the day and night.
