Too much concrete. Developers not interested in quality environment but to build on every inch of space to maximise profit. Horrible.
Although ANYBODY can live there (if they can afford it) I wonder will it be mostly Americans and people from other countries renting the apartments???
What about Jamaicans abroad or here? We need to grow out of this mindset. This is the reason why the world is leaving us behind.
The apartments are for sale. And contrary to popular beliefs Jamaicans living in Jamaica are the majority of the purchasers purchasing them.
