Located on a peninsula, just off the Reading main road in Montego Bay, is the newly and highly anticipated Pinnacle Towers. Ground for this development was broken on Saturday January 20, 2024, by the Prime Minister of Jamaica.
This development will see Four (4) Apartments Towers being constructed offering 423 Luxury Apartments and 15 Villas as a part of the accommodations that will be available. This development has a price stamp of US $350 Million and the project is estimated to take a total of four (4) years for the development to be completed.
This project is ideally located at the waters' edge overlooking the Bogue Lagoon, just opposite the Freeport area and gets front row seats for flights arriving at the Sangster International Airport.
This style of development will be a first of it's kind and will be an astonishing work of art when completed. No major work has started at the site as yet, but we decided to capture what the area looks like before so we can give comprehensive updates as the work progresses.

Agree!! Some Jamaicans wont stop until every square inch of the island is sold off to foreigners.
Development have to happen. The only concern you or Jamaicans should’ve is how this will benefit the citizens and the country.
Where is the residence Beach?
This area is the safest in Mobay terms of torm of storm surges....boats shelter here during hurricanes...

Nothing shameful about this development. This will attract the rich and the famous. We also need these investors in Jamaica. Jobs will be created subsequently many of our people will benefit from this investment.

$430-450K starting, if I can vaguely remember. The developers were on Smile Jamaica 2 weeks ago, check the video the get the exact cost.
