The bone section of the turbot is what we call engawa in Japanese cuisine. An absolute delicacy. The British tend to discard this, but the Spanish really know their food. Just mouth watering.

I enjoyed this video it was nice to see how the restaurant presented the food but for me personally I don't like servers hoovering at my table. I ate in higher end restaurants a few times but didn't enjoy the experience at all. I rather want the server to bring my food and leave myself and friends alone so we can enjoy the experience ourselves. That's just me lol.

Turbot is one of my two favorite fish to eat of all time. Shame it's so hard to find in the US though. Trader Joes used to sell it and I always bought it then they stopped carrying it :(

Turbot or Rombo in Italian is one of the most delicious fish in all seafoods. Just a simple grill or in oven without any spices, and its really yummy.
