I’ve been a licensed realtor in Los Angeles for the last five years I’ve done three major deals over $1 million and I have to tell you that I can’t wait to start becoming a paper pusher lol you nailed it when you said there are no weekends, no holidays and you work 24 hours a day! Transaction Coordinator is definitely the Avenue I will be going in during 2024 thank you so much
I’m very interested in becoming a TC. I recently got my RE license but haven’t started as an agent at a brokerage yet. When asking around in the RE agent groups, I was told I would need to be an experienced agent before becoming a TC.
Hi there, @SimmsMillFarm, thanks for your question. You do not have to be an experienced agent before becoming a TC. At the time I started my TC business I was a virtual assistant and loved real estate personally but was not a licensed agent. I created my TC business to stay connected to the industry and make an income while working from home. I did have to go out and network and meet realtors since I wasn't already connected. Other than that my organizational skills and attention to detail style helped me succeed in my TC biz, which is why I created the course. You will have to do work to get clients but you DO NOT have to be licensed or experienced first.

Yes! I'm ready as a realtor, try a new role. Being a realtor is harder than most people think.
I know it is! I think it would be so hard to bust through, but just like in the online space it takes a while to network and build an audience. I love the idea of having something that can make you $ while you build the bigger dream! Did you sign up for Christal's masterclass? She is amazing.

Does the master class include basic realtor terms and definitions? I’ve watched a few TC videos and there are quite a few terms that TC’s have said that I don’t know what they are. I have absolutely zero experience in home buying but would love to learn

Do you need to have your real estate license to work as a transaction coordinator? I’ve been trying to find work but most places are asking for the license and experience and I have none of them.
