When y’all mentioned being an introvert, I instantly smiled & knew this is exactly what I need to do. I’m currently a real estate assistant, have been for 3 years, loved the role but getting tired of the tedious 1:1 work. I have my real estate license as well, thinking I would become a full time agent but I have learned that it’s not what I want to do full time. I have recently spoke to my team leader & we are working on transitioning into a TC role & eventually start my own business! 🤞🏽
