Already have a lot of things you mentioned in place like a business site and PayPal account for a part-time, independent contractor, until a death do us part, newspaper job. I have a lot of health problems which sooner rather than later are going to force me to do some kind of work where I don't have to worry about making a commute or spending a lot of time on my feet. I’m very interested in becoming a TC. I recently got my RE license but haven’t started as an agent at a brokerage yet. When asking around in the RE agent groups, I was told I would need to be an experienced agent before becoming a TC.

Thank you for this video! Is there a way to share the document so it opens directly in a browser like that? I am trying to help my local parks and rec to provide a digital scorecard for the free mini golf park they built and every time we try to upload the pdf directly to their website it voids the fillable aspect, and if I try to copy the "URL" after opening the PDF in a browser to make a link or QR Code I get the message that the URL is not valid. How do you share this directly with clients? Or do you send them the file and tell them to select "open in google chrome" to fill?
