Coming from a family that owns a Tahoe (2018), I’ve always loved the way Chevy and GMC designed their trucks since 2015. They’ve really made this new generation Yukon (and Tahoe) very appealing for consumers, Love the way GM is going! Great Video!
@@phoenixproductions5358 omg im sorry to hear that 😳. Thats a shame that a brand new car already breaking down and having mechanical issues but knowing how gm is, i wonder did they cut corners with some of the internal components,

14:45 technically not incorrect, but it is about 25.5 ft³ for standard Yukon, it is 41.5 ft³ behind the 3rd row for the XL you have here, 144.7 ft³ with second and 3rd rows seats folded. Love your videos.15:37 hahaha, taking a couch off-roading, very original.
You read my mind Joe...I test drove the Cadillac variant today and made the reservation to test drive the AT4 tomorrow. Now I'm ready to pull the trigger. Honestly just wish GM made it an option to pick the Cadillac dash/displays...it's going to eat at me after playing with the larger full digital displays. Won't be sad about not optioning the air ride, I much rather prefer the standard mag suspension. Oh but that Cadillac dash...
The 3 triplets keep killing it! Escalade, Yukon and Tahoe offer endless choices cater to tons of peoples needs. All depends on what you want and what you want to spend either way there's a model for you.

Interior kills it for me.I can kind of accept the fact that the interior is a copy of the Tahoe but on the GMC site they only give one interior color option and that is close to a deal breaker for me.Hope they add more options to it. A diesel option would be nice too.
I love everything about this except the Hp. A massive vehicle like that, especially when loaded down with 7 passengers and cargo needs at least 400 if not 425
When you go to the third row you should lay down in it. Everyone uses the third row to chill and stretch their legs. And talk about all the snickers boxes and candy you can fit on the floor!!! Lol 😂
10 speeds are much more efficient. It allows the engine to maintain better speeds and stay in the power band easier. Today's transmissions are now working around engine demands rather than engines working around transmissions
How are you Joe? I think I would prefer the Yukon XL over the regular Yukon. I would haul some more twinkies and a flat screen TV in the back while offroading because why not. 🤣🤣🤣
That is an xl he just never mentioned it the short wheel base versions back door cuts into the wheel well and this one did not that’s how u can tell it’s an xl
It’s interesting that you said the 6.2L is not available on the AT4. During the Yukon reveal, the GMC reps said that the Diesel would not be available on it but e 6.2L would be. Perhaps they changed it. I know it would make more sense as the low end torque from the diesel is very hand in off road applications, but it wouldn’t be as awesome as the 6.2L in other areas.

The Chevrolet Tahoe and Suburban, the GMC Yukon and Yukon XL, and the Cadillac Escalade account for 50% of all large SUV sales in the US. GM makes 340,000 of them every year and exports about 80,000 to 31 countries. They’re made in GM’s plant in Arlington, Texas, which is said to be the most profitable assembly plant in the world. We estimate they generate $20 billion in revenue for GM and about $4 billion in profits. Autoline Daily.
It’s an XL model not a standard length u probably couldn’t tell but look at the back door how it doesn’t cut into the wheel well and you’d know it’s an xl model
I don’t know why but the new body style of Tahoe and Yukon just ain’t doing it for me. My buddy was going to buy one but he went for the old body style because he thought it looked like ford or something🤷🏻♂️

Unless I am mistaken, The 2 inch lift comes from the air susp which is also on the Den. There is no additional lift to the AT4 trim over the Den.

Thanks my friend for saying that!
The biggest zonk is that GM should drop the 6.2 and fit in the all new 6.6 V8 as a option on the Suburban, Yukon XL and Escalade ESV model line up.
BINGO! The 5.3 is like a v6 when it’s loaded.
What a sweet suv. That is a zonk no ventilated seats for the rear passengers. Those monitors are huge tho.
