@@scorpiogal9098 try to walk 1 ½ hr everyday brisk walk ...1) avoid sugar go on stevia for sugar ,2) compulsory 1 carrot and 1 cucumber with every main meal i mean bf,lunch,dnr inbetween then have fruits 3)avoid eating after 7 at starting later reduce the time to 5.30 dinner this shud b after 1 yr 4) keep in mind weightliss is nit so easy keep ur heart feeling mitivatated iam losing weight for my better health not for lioking slim then sure there will be changes in your weight ...chk weight every mrng on empty stomach after peeing ...thats it
Cooking foods in pressure cooker is a good way to conserve nutrients. Moong sprouts are cooked easily. It is sufficient to bring the cooker to the hissing point, lower the flame for 5minutes and switch off the flame. Open the cooker when cooled to room temperature.

Sorry to say but pressure cooker me overcooked hone se sprouts ka nutrition kam hota he.sprouts ko bina pressure cooker cook karana he tabhi nutrition milega.
The whole point of putting in effort to germinate these seeds is that humans can eat them raw and be able to digest. 😅it’s pretty much just carbohydrates if you cook them.
Sprouts the curry in the cooker taste great when served with roti.
