Dude, I'm sorry to hear that things have not been going your way as of late. Depression is not pretty by any stretch. Especially considering the way it leaves you feeling, even on what normally would be a halfway good day. I would like to encourage you to surround yourself with people who love you and who care for you, who don't tear you down, but who genuinely want to to build you up and encourage you so that the handsome smile you are known for carrying shines from you and within you. You have way too much going for you and you are way too blessed to be stressed or depressed. take it from a guy who has dealt with depression and successfully manages it (with no medication by the way), when you have those people surrounding you who more than anything else love you from the heart and let you know that they do and who will supply what you need in order to be able to prosper, even when you feel like you don't need it, those people who do not care if anyone else knows that they know you, those people who are not interested in being seen, those people who have no selfish interest at all but just want to see you happy...... those are the types of people to keep as close to you as possible. Those are the people that will help you break that depression. have the courage to know that one day soon, that things like depression as well as the things that cause it will soon all disappear. I love ya bro. ❤ Think about what I just mentioned to you and smile. The people that you need the most are not far away from you. 🌞
Taylor Robbins you are an inspiration. You are indeed a special person and you are beautiful inside and out. I have no doubt that you will find that special someone meant just for you. College is a time of freedom. Don't go hog wild but have a good time. Thanks for sharing your beautiful story and thank your mom for being so great. She rocks. Your story will save lives. I know it will. You are so charismatic and confident and beautiful that your story will help other to know they will be happy if they just hang on a little bit longer. Kudos to your friends for supporting you. You're the best and you deserve to be happy. Thanks for sharing.
You are too cute. I always tear up when I hear a positive coming out story. I am so glad that your generation can be so open and out. I spent 36 years in the closet, and just came out last year. Please be sure that you learn the history of gay liberation and honor those who sacrificed to make it possible. Always honor the lives of victims of homophobia ether at the hands of others or their own. *BIG HUG*
Nice to hear of your story, being from Mississippi myself. I grew up in Greenville many years ago, and got out at 18 when I joined the navy and made it my career. Don't get me wrong. It was still tough at that time to be closeted gay. I understand your story so much. Enjoy life, the closet is a terrible place to grow up in. At least you are in a part of time where it's not the end of the world when you come out. My how times have changed. Congratulations. Love is love.
It is so obvious you are from the south, and if you're not, oh, I'm Brandon I saw you in the recommended videos of my coming out video, you're definitely a lot more confident, it's really difficult to be that happy with yourself, and that is truly amazing.
It's so good to hear a positive coming out story from the deep south. The world is changing! (sorry, all you Bible thumpers - your hate is self defeating)
Hey Taylor! Congrats on your Coming Out experience & on going to college. I enjoyed your story, and believe you handled that Coming Out period very well. I hope you took a final pic of your room before you moved out, and before your mom sold the house. Continue being you.
OMG! YOU ARE SO CUTE AND BEYOND ADORABLE! Anyways, getting back on track. Your video is awesome. I'm already out, but I'm just watching coming out videos to reminisce about the past. I'm just thinking about where I started and where I am now. Okay too much information being spread on the internet. I hope you have an awesome journey. I know my journey is going great so far, and I only hope it gets better, and I hope the same for you. -Lots of love, Stranger
I had not added any videos to "My Coming Out" RUclips Playlist for quite a while, so I typed in "Coming Out" in the RUclips Search. Yours popped right up, and I added it on.
Thank you for sharing your story. I think these videos really help others who are realizing that they are gay and trying to come to terms with the realization.
A really great coming out Video Taylor! I myself have been out for over 3 years now and it's the best decision i ever made. I look forward to seeing more videos from you! Great decorating too! :D
A great video Taylor. Bold, from a great heart and smile. You will go far. Love the room paint. Even stopped the video and copied the quote about freedom which is at the end of all my phone emails. It’s two years since you made the video. Miss your room? And what are you studying in college?
You've grown and changed so much in five-some years. There aren't many great quotes from Game of Thrones, but I'll try one. Let the boy die so that the man may emerge.
You are a good looking kid, lose the paint! :) I enjoyed your video and I hope you are doing well and are healthy and happy. Thank you for sharing your story.
Hey, I'm a new subscriber. I found your channel recently with your newer videos and decided to watch through a bunch of your older videos. You came out to your mom the same day I came out to my parents! Haha. December 27th, 2013. I was way too nervous to actually tell them and I wrote them a letter instead. I was 19 at the time. I definitely don't regret coming out to them. They're fine with it. They don't entirely understand it all and kinda make it seem awkward at times but it is better than them hating me because of it.
As much as it is so accepting just have a plan B! From what I hear, there are still correctional facilities available and being used here in the great US of A. It's 2020 and bad things are still happening
Taylor, questions for the fourth in your coming out series... *How my coming out affected friends and family!* Did your brothers take any grief about having a gay brother? Then or now? Did your mom ever have to confront negative comments from her friends, coworkers (or strangers) about her gay son? Then or now? Have you and Tucker (or your Mom) ever talked about why one twin is gay one straight? Did Brianna or Mallory or other of your friends ever take grief about you being gay? To what outcome? Thanks for considering...I think it would make for an interesting…and useful…video.
Greetings from L.A. Finding this June 2020...old news now. You're a smart guy...charming in a Mississippi American kind of way. SO well told. Wise, even....naturally. Are you a "known" person? I have no idea. But hope you're doing well. I'm pretty sure you are. All the best. S.
Great video. -- What an awesome and unusual room paint job. LOL, you really do get into your work. :D I wish people didn't have to come out or be bullied or feel bad about it. When it is just as OK for a guy to ask another guy out or tell him he likes him or ask him to dance; and when people ask who you like, do you have a girlfrined OR a boyfriend yet, instead of assuming only straight; when it's fine for two boys (or girls) to be together as a couple or as just friends, and no one thinks anything's unusual about it; that's when we'll have really arrived at true equality. Oops, where did that soapbox come from? LOL. -- Great video, great art.
I have come out to my closest friends that I am pansexual and I really wanna come out to my parents but I don't know if they will accept me as me because my mum is always trying to get me to be more girly and saying try these girl. clothes on and when are you gonna get a boyfriend or the guys will like you better if you do this and it really scares me cause there is other things she does aswell like just showing little emotions and sending off bad vibes towards people that aren't white and English and straight and I am terrified of coming out to her. I'm crying while I'm writing this I don't want the rest of my life go be this sad and emotional because of this I'm kind of hating myself at this point thinking it would be so much easier to be straight why aren't j straight and I'm only 14 so yeah life sucks right now I'm really glad you had a positive coming out by the way :'D my friends support me, actually the only reason I came out to them is because one of them is a lesbian so that made it a lot less scary for me I had known for about 5 months before I told them I was questioning for a year before that though and now I'm rambling soz D':
Mississippi? My late parents and I moved to Brandon in '92, from Chicagoland, and oh what a different world. Moved back to Chicago area in '94. I did have some very cool friends there, but yeah your video was 20 years later and I'm certain it improved , but still. I fully understand where you were coming from. Glad nobody burned your house. Text me sometime. I've got a fun story for you. Best of luck.
Hi Taylor Robbins how r u thanks for sharing i know how it felt to when i come out gay to my patents but they supported me i am really grateful for them supported me
Thanx this is so encouraging because I think I'm bi and I'm a freshman and ppl ask me if I am and of course I say no and stuff so yeah but I really love this video and I might take your advice and I think your cute also
I never actually came out to anybody ever. There were certain people who knew and excepted it and I never denied it and there was others that just never caught on and figured it out. Lol but as far as the need or having to come out so to speak I never did with anyone. Either they figured it out and knew it and was fine with it or they never figured it out at all either way doesn’t matter to me. Lol but I don’t have any kind of are coming out story never felt the need to have to do that actually. Lol
Let's just say I'm a lot older than you. And when I was in school, nobody really seemed to care who was gay or wasn't. There was one sort of effeminate guy but he was attractive and outgoing, so he was one of the more popular guys. It just wasn't a topic of conversation. Nowadays, kids are a lot more open about these things, which i think is a good thing. Anyways, you're a really cute kid.
I wish it would not be a huge glamorous deal. They're gay - they need to get over it. It was never an issue in the ancient past. This is the media's doing. It's called the "special snowflake" syndrome.
OMG I thought that paint on you was a tattoo 😂 but proud of you for making this video! 🌈

Well, you as a 17 year old, are smart, personable and fricking cute! All that helps your acceptance. I know you now .. 2020, and you're a lucky dude!
Man, you remind me of the movie actor, Ed Norton.
I love your accent...and your self-confidence
You seem a really decent, happy person.
Best of luck.
Congratulations on your coming out. There is a whole new world out there for you. Be happy and find a nice person to be with.

I'm sorry but were you using your chest as a paint brush? cause paint doesn't just end up on it... :)
I’m glad this wasn’t your only video.
How much paint made it on the wall?
BRAVO !!
Omg the pant on you is so cute 🥰
