1/2 Cup Onion, Diced14 oz. Artichoke Hearts, Drained and Chopped
8 oz. Cream Cheese, Softened
1/4 Cup Mayonnaise
Salt
Pepper
1/4 tsp. Paprika
1/8 tsp. Cumin
1 Garlic Clove, Minced
3/4 Cup Monterrey Jack Cheese, Shredded
1/2 Cup Pepper Jack Cheese, Shredded
