It's so easy to make your own keto friendly meat for gyros! Many commercial versions use breadcrumbs, but this delicious recipe is low-carb and gluten-free!
Ingredients
1 lb. Lean ground beef
1 lb. Ground lamb
4 tsp. Minced garlic
¼ cup Finely chopped red onion
1 oz. Pork rinds pulsed into crumbs
1 tsp. Rosemary
2 tsp. Ground thyme
1 Tbsp. Dried oregano
½ tsp. Ground coriander
Salt and pepper to taste
Freshly chopped parsley for garnish if desired

gyro meat is enough on its own to qualafi for the limit of carbs in a day. this means you can eat enough of the meat for say dinner and other things with little to know carbs for other meals and the day would be fine on the carbs. i know buy be they have a place wear the carbs in their meat per serving is enough ti fill me all day.
