INGREDIENTS LIST -
आधा किलो मशरूम
४ चम्मच दही
एक चम्मच कश्मीरी मिर्च
आधी चम्मच हल्दी पाउडर
एक चम्मच गरम मसाला
एक चम्मच अदरक लहसुन का पेस्ट
ग्रेवी -
जीरा एक चम्मच
कुछ खड़े गरम मसले
एक चम्मच मटन मसाला
दो प्याज़
दो टमाटर
एक गांठ लहसुन
२ हरी मिर्च
दो चम्मच धनिया पाउडर
दो चम्माच लाल मिर्च पाउडर
आधा चम्माच हल्दी
आधा चम्माच जीरा पाउडर
IN ENGLISH -
half a kilo of mushrooms
4 tsp curd
1 teaspoon Kashmiri chili
half teaspoon turmeric powder
a spoonful of garam masala
One teaspoon ginger garlic paste
Gravy -
cumin one spoon
some hot issues
one spoon mutton masala
two onions
two tomatoes
a lump of garlic
2 green chilies
two teaspoon coriander powder
two teaspoon red chili powder
half teaspoon turmeric
teaspoon cumin powder
