I think to balance the flavour, we should have some acidity in the recipe. We should add some lemon or some vinegar etc. It'll do good to the garlic mushroom.

I made a small change to your great recipe. When sauteing the mushrooms initially I used only a part of butter you have suggested. When the mushrooms released water I drained all the water and then added butter to the mushrooms. Then the rest of the steps as per your recipe. This saves time which is spent in drying the mushrooms.😊
