RECIPE AND INGREDIENTS:
1 broccoli.
Fill with water.
Boil broccoli for 2 minutes.
Salt.
Mushrooms 300 gr.
1 whole clove of garlic.
Olive oil.
Fry the garlic over medium heat.
Add mushrooms.
Fry for another 10-15 minutes.
soy sauce 2 tablespoons.
cornstarch 1 tablespoon.
salt, black pepper.
water 50 ml / 1/4 cup.
Cook until the sauce thickens.
Add some water.
Mix well.
Add broccoli.
Olive oil.
Broccoli with mushrooms is ready!
3 slices of bread.
Olive oil.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 10-15 minutes.
Dill.
Parsely.
1 garlic.
Olive oil.
Italian herbs.
Salt.
Enjoy your meal!

Cooked today, loved the results. The one alteration that I made is I used aatta instead of cornstarch coz I dont like the taste of corn starch and it still came out tasty 😁😁

Erst die Champis in einer trockenen Pfanne anbraten dann etwas Butter oder Öl hinzu und den Knobi erst dann kurz mit anbraten und vielleicht nicht ganz soooo viel Knoblauch 😊
