INGREDINETS TO MAKE THE RECIPE :
500 Gms Mushroom
2 Tbsp Whole Wheat Flour To Clean Mushroom (atta)
1 Tbsp Meat Masala (For Marination)
3 Onions
3 Tomatoes
3 Green Chillies
2 Inch Ginger Julienes
1 Whole garlic Cloves (20 -25 )
2 Inch Ginger Grated
1/4 Cup Mustard oil
Butter For Mushroom
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
2 - 3 Dried Red Chillies
1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
1/2 tsp haldi powder
1 Tbsp Coriander Powder
2 tsp Salt
Water as needed
1 tsp garam MAsala
1 tsp Kasuri methi
Coriander Leaves

I always search sabji name with your name and it always show up on youtube. Then obviously I don't have all of ingredients all the time, so i alter the recipe with the basics of you. So here is recipe for this one.
I used cholle masala (sampann) instead of meat masala
I only took 6 pieces of garlic(laziness)
I got whistles to tadka and mushroom together 6-7 times instead of what is shown in the video. It was really awesome and nice. Thanks bhai

Didi How to use this plastic packed mushroom. I mean when I Make can mushroom I first keep it in boiling water for 5 minutes and then shallow fry it , Can i make it the same way as those can mushroom
