I see what you are doing there, knocking chips off edges to create flat surfaces which give you an attack for a flake across the larger face. I enjoyed watching the process with your experienced hand. For the photo at the end, MUCH more finish detail and a polish... what was the trick there? You should do a bunch of videos, excellent.

And every geologist, archaeologist, and paleontologist collectively closed their eyes and cringed.

when I was in Dorset walking along the beach I did the same and found several such in a matter of minutes ... they are everywhere given you first do some checking for locations with exposed rock from Silurian, Devonian or Carboniferous

As a geologist student, I was pretty impressed by his skills to uncover so much of it in the field with only a hammer.

It is not advisable to cut, grind or dissolve rocks. We must admire and preserve them. To clean them, soak the rocks in
clean water and change the water every day.

You really shouldn't be showing a video of rock chipping without eye protection on because some young person will see you doing that and next thing you know the are severely damaging their eyes because they saw you doing it . Come on people think about what you are putting out there.
