I luxuriate in the aromas of one of my favorite ingredients, all the while knowing that most of the passengers were thinking, “How did I get on the car with the sleeping vagrant without noticing it!”
I use Chinese mushroom seasoning to make fish sauce. By itself, it doesn’t taste like fish sauce until it gets mix with other ingredients into a dipping sauce. I believe your ingredient is a similar ingredient to Chinese mushroom seasoning, but fresher 😃

Fish isn't vegan. Vegan fish sauce doesn't exist! You should call this "Seaweed and Mushroom sauce".
