Here it is! There have been requests for more flow style practices lately and here is the first one. This is a 45 minute, hands free, full body, core focused practice where we mindfully engage with the ENTIRE core all the way around the body. You will get warm, you will feel strong and you will understand your core like never before! Join me!😀🌞 Peace & Namaste, Aprille
Thank you Aprille, the wrist free core practices are a perfect option. I have had a battle with being overweight and this effecting my fitness. When discovering yin, the gentle way to physical improvement, at nearly 56 years, your practices are like a miracle X

Such a wonderful self care, self love practice! My core has been a painful, shameful part of my life. Thanks for addressing the false beliefs around the core. 😍
Hi April. I have been doing this practice once a week for nearly 2 years and it has been a real game-changer for my lower back pain and general well-being as a gardener! Thank you. Would LOVE a minimal cue version of it if that is ever possible for you because there is a lot of talking in it and I know every word by heart now!!
Hello Jenny - so glad this has helped you feel better. You can mute the volume on this video and practice to it just by watching. Flow classes really don't lend themselves to being "minimal cues" like a Yin Yoga class does (we move in and out of poses with breath and in Yin we stay there for a long time). Thanks for joining me on the mat! Aprille
I really enjoyed this practice with great instructions and very efficient exercises! The no hands regime is great as I’m recovering from an injury. Thank you!🙏🏼☺️
Thank you for trying a different style and look for more of these in 2018! Glad you enjoyed it and thank you for spending your practice time with me online! Peace, Aprille 💕💕💕☺
I never comment, but I had to. I just want to say how much I love and appreciate what you do. I use your yin practices weekly and they have helped to (pretty much) cure my fibromyalgia and associated health concerns. And this practice was just as healing as an amazing, and sweaty, strengthening workout. I couldn’t thank you enough.
Hello Katherine! Thank you for taking a moment to comment - I really appreciate it! You are so kind - I am glad my offerings are helping you and I wish you health and healing. This is definitely a very different practice but in the same lines with mindful movement, which I find to be far more sweaty and strengthening! Thank you for sharing your practice time with me each week and for trying this practice. Namaste, Aprille 🙏💖
I just finished this core practice. I absolutely love it. Because I have some shoulder issues, it is the perfect core softening and strengthening sequence for me. Thank you, Aprille.
Wonderful! You are very welcome Susan and I am glad this practice works for you. Thank you for joining me today online and have a wonderful day! Peace & Namaste, Aprille
Excellent class ! Superb all round practice with excellent focus on the core. Love this class VERY much, think I manage to repeat this class over and over again as my core definately needs more attention for my overall health. Loved the counterposes too. VERY big thank you 🙏💕
Thank you Christel! Keeping your core healthy is SO beneficial and I honestly love working with the core in unique ways to really become aware of how much we need it, use it, and rely on it to keep us feeling good and strong. Thank you for joining me...
@@YogaRangerStudio Yes please do! I have shoulder issues, can't even do downdog anymore :( so these hands free videos are great. I would love to see more of them from you. Thanks Aprille xoxoxo
I have a weak core and is trying to build some strength. However the other core classes are too hard for me to hold on. This flow does the job for me while it is not toooooo challenging for me as a beginner. Thank you for the flow! Namaste :)
That’s great to hear Joyce! Working the core should be accessible and it should integrate into every pose in some way with rest periods between. I always emphasize being aware of the core throught any practice and working the entire core for better health {the lower back and side body core are integral to back stability and health}. Thank you for joining me and have a great day! Aprille
Thank you so much! I really enjoyed this series and the sequence with prompts to ensure I was engaging my core and keeping awareness the the specific areas I may not be engaging. It helped me to keep the core engaged while I was in the asanas.
You are welcome Jenny! Thank you for practicing with me and I am glad you enjoyed this practice! I am planning on uploading more flow sequences in the future so I hope to practice with you again online in those. Namaste, Aprille
+Melissa Hart I am so glad you enjoyed it! I know many people struggle with the core, myself included, but it is so important to our health! Thank you for practicing with me and I hope to practice with you again online! Have a lovely week! Peace, Aprille
Kathy, I am so glad you tried this practice and enjoyed it! The core is so integral to overall good health! Thank you for joining me and have a great day - Namaste, Aprille
Great class for the core! How many times a week to you suggest to this core class? I have been doing your Yin Yoga classes regularly so that I can keep working in my garden with more ease on my muscles and joints. Thanks again for the great Yoga flow and Yin Yoga classes, Aprille. Linda
Thanks Linda! I am so happy you enjoyed it! This would be a great class at least once a week for a full body flow and core builder. I personally practice one core flow practice a week to strengthen and stabilize my core and it REALLY works! Thank you for joining me online and I love that they might help with your gardening - I garden too! Peace, Aprille
I do a core class once a week to maintain core health. I do have several other core classes of differing lengths so you can fit them in each week with your regular practice.

I do a core class once a week to maintain core health. I do have several other core classes of differing lengths so you can fit them in each week with your regular practice.

Wow first time oh that hurt 😂
It's amazing how the core can work in a practice but know that this gets easier and easier! Thanks for joining me today - Peace, Aprille
who's front door is that?
My yearly hideaway retreat in New Mexico's front door. Beautiful secret garden kind of place with lots of special spaces to turn inward and reset.
