I found my swan pose again this evening with this practice and those deep twist stretches at the end felt so good too. So good to unwind at the end of the day with this evening yoga sequence. Wishing you much peace, namaste.

Thank you Aprille. Heyv, I'm not sure if you remember me, or the fact that I have severe liver disease,I'm in the advanced stage and the only way that I am going to survive is by getting a liver transplant . I'm still not on the list , but I'm 2points away from being Able to be considered. So , needless to say , there are many complications that come with it.
I've been a yoga practitioner for a long time, but due to my illness, I was unable to do Many of the things that I used to do. And , still , unable to do a lot of what I used to do. So , I'm hoping that , I will be able to endure all that comes with this unwanted situation, to overcome and get back to where I used to be. I want my strengh and energy back .
