I think that he didn't know that she was talking to him (he just thought it was a random noise or conversation) and when she realized that it was Andrew she just got away because: 1 She has a crush ob him and most people don't invite their crushes to hangout to avoid the possibility of them thinking that the one that invited them is way to desperate/intense; and 2 she started all this hangout thing because she had this strange jealous feeling of Andrew "hangouting" with friends (Ashly's reasoning might had been like "Oh no, others will spend more time with Andrew than me... I gotta heal that feeling someway) and then she just mirrored Andrew and wanted to hangout with people because, psychologically, she wants to be like Andrew because she likes her. And perhaps she wanted to show Andrew that she is not a #foreveralone and that she hangouts with friends too, making her a "not-so-easy-to-get" woman. So, asking Andrew out would be a failure, for instance, he will reject her since he already has plans. And she knew that so that's why she walked away. Sorry for the long and messy answer.
You should have put a spoiler warning for the Game of Thrones thing in the end. Now I can't watch Season 5 thanks to you :(. Now I know there will be death and fighting, thanks a lot.
