Man you have found the key bait's to the hawkesbury awesome jewie bait's, use the squid and sand mullet near the motorway bridge there are ton's of jewies there because of the bridge structure just fish biggest high tide of the day and get them down near the bottom
You showed a couple key location's one being the big white boat and the other being your sounder try hide these in your video's 😂
With the squid chuck them in a ziplock bag no water than chuck the bag on ice and freeze for 2 day's min before using
