  • Ooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo. Was that the right amount of o's? I suppose it depends how long you sing each one. Anyway, I hope you have a great time learning to play Society on your guitar.

    Can I say that I really love this? This isn't the first time I've sat down to learn this, and at first, when I was a very beginner guitarist, I was so confused. Now, months later, I'm realizing how truly easy this is. This was really enjoyable to watch, and to learn to play. Most other videos are super boring, and the people doing the videos aren't as enthusiastic as you are, Ryan. I have learned everything I know that has made me a kind of okay guitarist from you, and I don't think I would love playing and learning to play as much as I do if I never found your videos. Your videos always manage to put a smile on my face. Keep doing what you do best and thank you for that! 🧡💚💙💜

    I love that stumming pattern. My teacher taught me that strumming pattern is called it "Ole faithful". Well He called it that, because a lot of songs have that strumming pattern and if your not sure the strumming pattern of a song that one is a safe bet.

    First of all thanks for posting this tutorial Ryan. In the beginning you say the strumming pattern is down, down, down, up, down, up down up and stays the same throughout the entire song... are you doing that same pattern when you strum C-G-G and so on?

    • @RyanLendt
      @RyanLendt  5 лет назад

      More first of all, thank you so much for hanging out with us Lee :) yes, the strumming pattern can be employed for the entire song and it'll be correct... OR you can switch it up if you feel it :) the right hand is where (in my opinion) most of the expression is. So, do Eddie, or do you :)

      great question Joaquin - so if he's playing Am with no capo then he's playing it in Am instead of Bm (which I believe is the key of the song if memory serves) I've also seen him play no capo Bm. It's his song, he's totally allowed to change the key if he wants :)

    Is it just me, or is there a low A when playing the D (C with capo) in the album recording during ? So a D/A (C/G with capo). I originally thought it was a really low D using a drop D tuning or something weird, but Eddie doesn’t do that stuff. I believe it’s just an A and the D/A combo makes it sound like that really open D tuning sound.

    Whating it live he uses no capo, not the version with a B in the main riff neither. What´s going on? Can you take a look at it?
