    You inspired me to lose weight. I never tracked my calories , I lost slowly 8 pounds in 7 weeks .
    I only walk and nothing else . Thank you .
    I gained some weight because of my French boyfriend who is skinny and can eat anything. I started eating a lot of desserts and drinking more wine
    Now he is very supportive of my weightloss . We enjoy an occasional glass of wine or a beer

    I am 163 , 5’8 and I’m finally loosing weight in my high protein calorie deficit diet. My goal is 150 and I’m already down 6 pounds in 1 month 😊
    Update : I’m 158 now yay

    CONGRATULATIONS on your success! The biggest change that I noticed with you is your confidence, happiness and sense of pride! Even if people didn't know you before this journey, they will notice the way you carry yourself and the glow from within!

    Also, I am on my weight loss journey and lost so far 17 pound and counting. I hit 10K and up steps everyday plus go on runs not bc I have to but because I enjoy it it’s my escape from reality lol but I feel you on not being able to lift as much as I could prior to loosing weight and was confused and discouraged as well lol :(

    Way to go! That girl dinner looked amazing 🤩 I’m starting to work with a trainer and nutrition plan on Monday- I don’t want to use being in my 40s and having a desk job as an excuse to not work on my health and fitness!

    I do love that you weigh in the exact same clothes! It doesn’t seem like you get a whole lot of protein per day, but I could be wrong? but your meals do look super good! Your videos are motivating. I have finally lost a few pounds so I’m getting motivated to keep going! It’s been very difficult to lose any weight at 44 years old. I love your flexible dieting style! ❤

    I had back pain for a long time (nothing so bad as you describe) and I found it disappeared once I was able to start swimming regularly again. Such awesome exercise for the whole body!

    Congrats on huge weight loss, 20 lb that's a lot. 🎉🎉🎉
    I will tell you that I think your energy dip is from not enough protein. Your food looked amazing but protein of 30-40 grams each meal. (100-130 grams per day) ❤ Not judging. I'm just offering

    I lost almost 9 pounds in just 3 weeks counting calories doing nothing else. I have had an unhealthy relationship with food all my life, this method helps me take control of my eating. At some point I intend to start exercising as well, but first I plan to lose all the 22 extra pounds.

    You don’t need your iphone with your Apple Watch if you have a cellular model. Great job with weight loss and getting fit! Also, maintaining your weight while on vacation is easier because your cortisol levels go down. So you can afford to eat more because you’re happy. 😊
