Good morning, something I have noticed when I am out walking, I often use poles, just in case, that I find I have to catch myself from leaning too far forward, thus having too much momentum and on the edge of falling forward, should I not use the poles and just go slow?
My walking is just very poor, my leg extensions are short, I do marches, toes to nose. My legs just don’t lift my feet high enough, I am always tripping, can you give me any suggestions on what to do?
I am the same. I experienced so many falls this year, back of my right leg is very tight and I can’t lift my leg enough. I had a terrible fall in the bus when I was getting in because I couldn’t lift my leg high enough and I tripped and fell inside in the bus. My dr. advices me to start seeing a physiotherapist.

Very less movements. Dragging legs even with walker support
What about going from wheelchair?
Can you please provide some more information on what you’re looking for? thank you
There are awesome programs in The MS Gym that help with all the issues we have as MSers.
