Quadratec Tube Doors for Wrangler JL - Oversized and Damaged

This is the second set of tube doors sent to me from Quadratec that have oversized hinge pins, making fitment on my JL Wrangler impossible. The customer service representative told me they verified that the second set was "good". Obviously, they didn't verify anything because the box, although damaged, hadn't been opened. They still had the original brass staples holding the box closed. So, back to waiting several days for a reply by email or several minutes waiting on the phone. I think I'll go the email route and attach a link to this video.

Ken? After the poor customer service I've experienced from this company, I'd say my attitude was quite calm! This is the second set of doors with the same issue but this time, instead of verifying the doors were in tolerance, like they claimed they did, they chose to send me damaged goods as well. I paid over $900 for these and I've since had to purchase $100 in hinges from Amazon to make them functional. This video was created and a link attached to an email I sent them. That email was ignored, like the previous one was. The only way I'm able to get any service is by waiting several minutes on the telephone to get a live person and then they often give me the runaround. I'm not calling them again. Rather than following their instructions to return the first set, I'll just keep them, buy hinges to replace these defective ones and then sell the damaged set to recover my cost for the hinges. All because their product and customer support sucks, much like your keyboard warrior attitude. So, go drool elsewhere, Joe.
