I normally cook salmon patties on certain days. so let's get this started Girl!!!😊😊😊😊.
You can make it without the cheese. I recommend adding a pinch of xantham gum or cornstarch just to keep everything together and won’t fall off when cooking!
I made these. My first batch wouldn’t brown in my oven. I cooked them too long , they were dry. Threw them out. Next batch I kept some juice in chkn. Air fried 12. To 14 min , was too long , was great tasting but dry a little bit. Next batch I’m adding my saved rendered chkn fat 1 T. And I’ll air fry 9 min at 400. Next batch I’m going to pan fry. Next experiment I’ll air fry 5 min, cool then freeze . Then when I want some I’ll pop them in my air fryer for 9 min at 400. I’ll see how that turns out frozen without drying them out.😊 I’ll try adobo too
Don't want to be a Picky Pants here, but how many ounces of chicken is used in the recipe? Also, can you post how much time and the temperature used to cook them in the air fryer and/or stovetop? I am going to make these today but don't want to mess anything up by guessing. Thanks!
@@sandwichgrub I made these and yes, you are correct that different air fryers have different cook times. I used the Cosori and it took about 8" to cook. I took out half the nuggets, and cooked the remaining ones 2" more just to see what would happen. These turned out crisper, but also drier. So I guess it comes down to preferred texture. I did use more Adobo seasoning in mine as we like more spice flavor. These are very fast and easy. I ate almost the whole batch myself and wasn't hungry all day! 😁 The Dipping Sauce recipe goes great with these yummy nuggets! Thanks for getting back to me so I could try these. 😊

It’s hard because the cheese helps it stay together.. I will try to mix it with xantham gum (1/2 teaspoon)
Maybe a vegan shredded cheese?

The chicken canned is 12.5oz.. I cooked it for 10-15 minutes… 400F air fryer.. keep an eye on it. Some air fryer cook things faster 🙂
