madamelicorne Good Luck! Remember to stay hydrated too, and try replace coffee with oxygen, short burst of exercise that'll get your blood flowing and increase your breathing. :D You'll be surprised. We do long handstands to get the blood to our heads, haha.

I love all these foods you're talking about guys! Avocadoes are awesome especially the Aussie avocadoes I can get locally here in Melbourne. I sometimes make raw chocolate mousse using avocado, banana, raw cacao and local honey. So good!! 😜👍🏻🍫🍯🍌 Thanks guys. 😀

MurpoHD We practice what we preach. A healthy diet actually does make you happy, high oxygen levels in your blood, no sugar crashes or cravings loads of endorphins. We'd highly recommend it, it's great craic.
David Andersson Good man! Try stay away from the sugar and coffee if you're studying late, do some push-ups or go for a super quick sprint. Good Luck in the exams!!
Guacamole and Hummus are good on rice cakes also. And don't forget pennywort just discovered it and am getting results in 3 days great for memory etc . I put it in green smoothies.:)

J Daily Staying hydrated is so important too. Your brain is a sponge that needs to soak up water before it soaks up information.

veganme Sounds great, apparently smelling rosemary helps improve your memory when studying too. We'll need to investigate further though.

Scha S You can use a blender but you'll have to pulse it in smaller quantities so you don't get the wrong texture. ^_^
