As a Californian this all looks pretty fair priced ha! Appreciate the video. I'm an agent in the Los Angeles area and the last home reminds me of California. The 1st one is my favorite overall so far. I think you're lucky to be in that part of Florida.

this first and second home are overpriced at 700k+ still with the mark down it still has original bathrooms, kitchen, broken closet doors etc. 500 - 550k at most
So the first house is okay but could use some upgrading. The yard is a disaster. It definitely needs some Landscaping. I would take out the wall between the kitchen and the living room. The last house had an odd entrance straight into the kitchen. I really liked the wood ceiling in the bathroom. Again the outside needs Landscaping.
First house with a 11,000 tax bill, you can have it.

The last one was the least worst. At that price it needs at least a 3 car garage and pool.

House #3 was nicely renovated but IMHO way overpriced. I have similar home in Wisconsin for $380k and includes 3 car garage, basement (huge storage and play area for grands) and beautiful, lush bluegrass lawn.

All of the area is way to expensive with taxes insurance ect ect ect

I prefer Hollywood Beach Florida and Hallandale Beach Florida more than Daytona beach, they just got way more things to do restaurants, bars, lounges and a good nightlife. ☀️🫡
