    CCD fee?

    • @joshbryanrealtor
      @joshbryanrealtor  4 месяца назад +1

      Community Development Districts, or CDDs, are common in Florida, where many new developments are created in areas where no infrastructure existed before. CDD fees cover the costs of various community amenities like clubhouses, tennis and basketball courts, playgrounds and pools. Additionally, CDD fees may cover the costs of building new roads, street lights and other types of infrastructure specific to the community (sometimes, including schools).

    What’s the CDD?

      @@joshbryanrealtor I’m asking what those initials mean?

    • @joshbryanrealtor
      @joshbryanrealtor  Год назад

      @@marissastealsmascara5988 A community development district (or CDD for short) is a special purpose government framework permitted by Florida Statutes and used by local governments and developers to shift the burden of developing infrastructure, maintaining roads and landscaping, building clubhouses, and other improvements to the homeowners in that district or area.
      Essentially the builder has the county pay for the infrastructure and it's added to the tax bill vs paying for it themselves and increasing the price of the home.

      @@marissastealsmascara5988 correct. The buyer is paying for it either way.

    CDD?

    I have a question: In the master bathroom, I noticed no shower controlls (hot & cold water) in the shower, but outside of the glass. Also, if the pool is covered, why is it raining in? Isn't the covering sealed?
