Wow I’m super into “rare oem” stuff I loved this video if I had a brz I would probably buy everything that is ts specific except the motor. Also that sti cluster is absolutely beautiful
Judging by the video only, that car looks repairable. Lf upper frame rail, apron, strut tower, and slight pull. You could probably repair that all day and still make something off of it. Those cars take a really good hit and are very technician friendly for any structural repair/replacement work. I use to repair them in the collision field, very well built cars.
I rebuilt one of these BRZ TS on my channel and these are a really great and fun car. In Europe it was a real head turner. Pop on over if you want to take a look at the rebuild
Sometimes you win some times you don't.but you priced your expenses on the high side.......but when I was in the industry we didn't lock ourselves to the auctions we made connections with the insurance companies body shops repair shops dealerships send low mileage older trades to the used car auctions and we would get them rather inexpensive than the auctions believe it or not... and they are not damaged cars just to old for the dealership to put on their lot.we used the local auto hunter magazine/ private sale.......but we also had real estate in that we sold a lot of sheet metal nose, rear clip, quarter panel cuts, roof panels, dog legs, center post ECT. But we would part out nose pieces also doors would be on cars held on with 2 bolts but unplugged door panel removed and in rear seat or trunk no better storage space than the car itself. And if you keep a good yard and a good yard guy additional damage possibility is minimal.but during inventory time when you crush your not pulling stuff out of the racks and depending on how popular a vehicle is for parts it would stay a year to 18 months. I haven't priced a salvage auction car for quite awhile now but I am sure it is the same only more bags and technology.but if you're in the industry you know what I am talking about. But I would bring up a sales report once a month and see what people are calling on and buying.my sales people had call books/registers and I would look through them all the time for like real time Data we would buy what was popular and then a couple odd ones like Acura, BMW, Benz,Maserati, Porsche, Audi like brand new couple months old 5k miles and have to sit on parts for a bit but they knew who to call for low mileage engines, transmissions,t cases, Axel's. But made a ton of extra sale money on hardware engine cross member bolts and washers ECT just throw them in a 5gallon pail and suspension bolts and nuts set up specific dumpsters for engine, transmission/dirty aluminum, clean aluminum, we had core buyers would come in buy starters, alternators,ac compressor, PS pumps, rack and pinions and then the catalytic converter guys would come in and buy all the cutoffs . like the bins you got but it would just be the cat no pipe that would go into the pile car and get crushed for weight..... sorry long winded comment but loved my time in the auto salvage industry 😉 👍👌✌️🇺🇲🇺🇸
Love the videos! Please don’t jump the shark with a change in format or by adding weird new characters. My only critique - less music. Would love to see videos of your track days. Keep up the great work!
Videos like this make me want to get into this industry but I get that not all cars have an ROI like this. How crazy is the overhead for this business?
Pretty neat ! You guys have an engine that will fit in a 2008 Impreza, auto trans, no turbo WRX /STI ?....Most recent = most interested + might need suspension parts. I am heading to a shop to probably pull the engine for a head gasket issue........joe ( in Chestertown, Maryland )
You guys need a old truck bed laying around that way when you pull junk pieces off a car just throw it in the bed and not on the ground where you have to make multiple trips to the big bin.
Cant wait for a Day when you guys trown a whole Engine on the dump, wasnt gonna be funny for the business side but for shure it will be really funny for us
Just looked at dudes eBay store. Prices are all extremely high compared to competitors if not buying them new from the dealer. Confused how they even sell half this shit. No wonder they have a packed a 13k sqft shop.
I’m gonna tell you ALL THE PROBLEM = MOSTLY PEOPLE WATCHING ARE PORE AND CANNOT AFFORD THESE HIGH DOLLAR CARS = SO WE ALL PREFER AFFORDABLE CAR BUILD = as simple as that = I bet that Nissan Juke got plenty of attention
would you guys ever do a video where fernando picks a random car at auction and see what happens?
That’s actually a very good idea lol
Yes instead of dalt
I second this
W Fernando
Fernando, lee, and dalt. Then scrap down see who’s car made more and can drift.
Wow I’m super into “rare oem” stuff I loved this video if I had a brz I would probably buy everything that is ts specific except the motor. Also that sti cluster is absolutely beautiful
Head of it. Drove one at my dealerhip in 2019. Guy from Missouri bought it sight unseen and flew in to drive it home. Nice car.
Do more like this! I'm loving the 3000gt as well. It's cool to see different cars.
Would love to see an STI / BRZ Swap !!!
That's just for the garage doors. There's three available programming buttons and the other button is for auto dim

I think theyre waiting till they get one that burned to the ground to rebuild XD
@@sys-administrator ahhh ok, yeah not worth it then. Great find though
This would've been a good one to save, as it was the 5th blue tS built, the 12th built total, and the 10th sold. Super low vin.
I rebuilt one of these BRZ TS on my channel and these are a really great and fun car. In Europe it was a real head turner. Pop on over if you want to take a look at the rebuild
You guys need to contact Mat Armstrong youtube channel. He is rebuilding Adam's LZ GT3 at Tarvaris shop. Looking for front end parts
This car has an engine, a Tesla has a motor. How many times do I gotta tell you guys?! Lol
I have one of these, only 500 built and a super rare find on the streets. Hurts the heart a little to see a wrecked example in my blue 😂
Love the videos y'all. So stoked when new ones come out
Nice videos guys!! I love the videos keep up the good work!!
My first car was an 82 Subaru wagon awd. Love the content! Keep up the great work!
Percentage - very nicely. You make your money when you buy them. Cool video.

Good job guyssss
Sawzalling the windshield out? You're a fucking savage dude! 🤣
Another fun entertaining video
Excellent job guys
damn.... Throwing parts right on my box :(
Subtle plug for u guys and you're not even appreciative ☹
Would love to see a salvage storage on the silver TS with a turbo and compare the two/have a competition
The little Subaru that could.
I guess I got a smoking deal on my BRZ seats for $300 for the set out of a 10,000 mile car.
I had that same engine in a legacy wagon
shipping cost are paid by the buyer not the seller, so ad it back in! i always pay shipping unless it says shipping included!
Whats the brembo brake pack cost
Honestly it would be sick if you took one of your salvage cars and make it an exocar. It would be a giant project, but sick!
Great content!
Keep the oddballs coming!
Awesome content guys!!
I’d love to buy that trunk and wing off of this!!
Leecparts.com
All BRZ intakes are red! This is a great candidate for a LS swap
Big score!
Awsome work brother keep it up

The BRZ used most of the parts similar to Toyota Supra GR model....practically 80% of them are identical...Good parts for flipping
Well done great find awesome episode and good margins indeed have a great weekend 👊 💨
Please please please make a salvage story playlist
Hi love what you do to the cars you buy but do you buy cars from Florida that are flooded out for parts as well
Videos like this make me want to get into this industry but I get that not all cars have an ROI like this. How crazy is the overhead for this business?
Its retarded lol dont do it
No way theyre going to get 5000 for that long block 😂😂😂😂😂😂
Maybe do a truck (a TRX if you want to continue the Mopar theme) for something different 🤷🏼

Its a nice BRZ for project
another banger
Keep doing the project cars very good 👍
Bro my 2009 Saturn redline need to be in your videos the thing would beat every car y’all got
Should do a Honda type r rebuild👍🏻
For real
My new fav channel oops 😂
it was such an easy fix.. why you just doesnt fix it and sell the whole car? isnt it much faster way to spin that money?
I would love to know how you ship your big items
You need to add ROI as a metric.
Great videos!!! I love what you guys do
That's super car of yours is very nice don't sell it it's amazing
Awesome!
I follow you guys on Ebay. Great content. 👍🏼
When you gonna dive into exotics?
This would of been a great buy merch get tickets to enter a giveaway rebuild series vehicle .
How about the sti that keeps rerunning in Newburgh
We don’t buy from Newburgh very often. For obvious reasons lol
@@scraplifegarage couple of my biggest wins are from there
Should have done the front emblem for a giveaway lol
ok AMG now please. It is time!
$2k for front calipers?! Sheesh
I enjoy the new jdm content
Did url not sell the chassis
Didn't know they were all electric under the hood. 🤣🤣 Or was that thing just to roll down the windows?
Yeah in your face carrington ahah lol 😂
Wow this car, i wish i get same, but in a good condition🤤
@scraplifelee.... telegramm? 🤔

Can y’all give away one of Dalt’s hair bands ⁉️
@ScrapLife Garage, do you know where i can find a 1999 Honda Prelude h23A transmission
I am interested in parts from this car. Where is the website where I can find what's for sale?
I thought 5k was crazy but not so much now when you see the parts value. Still a very uninteresting car to me lol
Great job
Man you guys really need to mask up when working with automotive glass. Gonna cake up your lungs.
-Licensed EMT
I’m definitely more interested in the Porsche videos, and way less interested in anything srt. 🤘🏽🇺🇸✌🏽
Why all the dogging of the BRZ? Is it only 16 y/o vape enthusiast that drive them?
Cant wait for a Day when you guys trown a whole Engine on the dump, wasnt gonna be funny for the business side but for shure it will be really funny for us
It has happened before. Not very often thankfully lol
Factory 5 818 build
it bolts into the is300
Just looked at dudes eBay store. Prices are all extremely high compared to competitors if not buying them new from the dealer. Confused how they even sell half this shit. No wonder they have a packed a 13k sqft shop.
Yup definitely trying to rip people off but again nobody is forcing anyone to buy it.
more subaru content please
Subarus come with your choice of vape and 10 flavors its why they're so hot right now.
Any supras
Why you dont repair this????
How about a Smart Fortwo 🤓
Hell Yea

“I'm gonna meet you down in the boneyard
Where we can settle this
Meet me down in the boneyard
You old son of a bitch” - Meatloaf
Probably blew the head gasket from the compression test 🤣 jk
I got a hole of 5 minutes in and I’m sorry but can’t watch no more the way u cut it open like a can😢 my favourite car n u put it in the skip
Technically there is no STI BRZ. That would mean it's a AWD with a turbo.
I want that car and fix it
Good.jop 😃😃cool 👏👏👍👍👍
I thought you guys stay away from Subarus?
We do normally. Occasionally one pops up we can’t avoid tho
@@scraplifegarage Can't argue with that, and the 180 horsepower jokes are a bonus😂
no.. all FRS, BRZ, and GT86s had LSD
