The first several swings on each side were a little awkward but I was soon able to swing without tapping. It felt like a good coordination and balance exercise with a nice overall buzzy feeling thru out when I finished. Thank you, Luchin!
Hello Lu chin, this was the first time, for me. I like the swinging, it looks so easy and is fun to do, even when i lose balance, i stay focussed and finish this exercise. I feel my body gets warm and tingeling. From holland, where autumn is cold, wet en cloudy.thank you so much for this fun exercise😊. 🙏👍 🫶

This is a wonderful practice. Having thyroid issues my lymphatic system is often off balance which is quite discouraging and depressing at times. Your flow is energizing and rejuvenizing and eases me into some cardio workout too. I love QiGong more and more. Thank you so very much for kindly sharing your knowledge with us 🙏

I have always had issues with my feet and hands being cold, it wasn't until a few years ago I learned it was likely because of poor circulation. I'm happy to know now I can practice this exercise to help with that. Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge with us!

Good for you! I couldn’t get 62 when I first started a while ago. My hips is quite weak on one side. But I’m getting better. 🤗
It was amazing, by number 60 i started feeling slightly the hip joint. Loved it. Did everything. 49, menopause, getting fluffy
