  • The packages originated from post offices in five different metro-Atlanta zip codes, each one headed to a different destination. We tracked them all with Bluetooth.

USPS doesnt care about service anymore. They only care about cutting costs and Management bonuses.

That was an excellent move to track the packages using air tags. Great work.

Priority mail isn't experiencing near the slowdown that Ground Advantage is. Try the same thing again using USPS Ground Advantage and then see what the results are. Also probably doesn't hurt when they see camera work being done in the parking lot. Anyone seeing that will give a package extra prompt handling. At least at the drop off location.

Mine gets around Atlanta then goes to Miami for a few days then goes back to Palmetto then heads south again

I am expecting a delivery today before 9 PM. This is May 31, and the United States States Postal Service has a weather delivery delay warning-banner on their delivery status page for the East Coast and mid Atlantic. There is absolutely perfect weather from Maine to Florida along the East Coast. What a farce!

A package was sent to me from an etsy business that happened to be in the same town as me. Note, I am roughly two hours from Atlanta. It took to me a long time to get here since for some reason it went to Atlanta first before coming back, which seemed silly to me.
A different package from another country chugged along pretty quickly along the mail route from there to here. Except when it got to Atlanta. It took over 6 days to get to my town from Atlanta, which again is only two hours away. It made me pretty worried since I thought my package was lost, which being from overseas means extra weighted hassles if that was the case.

I sent Rep. Clyde a letter in early Feb. and he contacted the USPO on my behalf. You need to come up to rural Ga. (Homer) and see how long we're been putting up with this crap.

I know it’s your job, 11 Alive; nevertheless, I appreciate your work, especially as to the usefulness of using Air Tags to protect oneself against fraud, other crimes and various types of malfeasance.

5 packages, anything really, statistically is a very low sample to determine anything. Bump it it to a thousand packages and you should get a suggestion of a baseline

Yeah I waited 2 weeks because of them. Amazing it shipped from Cali in 1 day and then all sudden stopped for 2 weeks. Called and called my meds got spoiled because of them with no refund. No sympathy or anything it was shipped 2 day shipping and was glucose for diabetes which is supposed to stay cold.

@@Jillycut You do realize if usps were privatized the cost to ship / mail would skyrocket. Just saying...its a gov agency with a universal service mandate. Meaning it must deliver mail / packages to every adress everyday in the U.S. Thats highly uprofitable which is why UPS, Fedex, and Amazon use the USPS for last mile delivery to many areas due to the fact of it being non profitable. Its also in our constituion sooo

This beautiful reporter lady has no idea and her employer what priority services are. Priority services are not guaranteed. They are expected. If it gets there on expected day, then the USPS is doing their job, and if it isn't, please! Save your cruel comments to yourself, because most of you, the customers, can not afford next day delivery unless if it is really important...😅

Stfu. You sound like a disgruntled usps worker. USPS sucks ass big time. We don’t care if you’re overworked and underpaid. Stfu and do your job which is deliver mail on time. My mail is down to once a week lmao. Shits a joke. And yeah I can afford overnight. What’s the point when that’ll show up a week late or if it shows at all 😆. Might as well start praying the moment you hand your package over
