Hey Damien, another epic video. Can I ask, if I’m short on days spare to train (as I surf some days and do mobility stuff on some days) would this three muscle group be effective to run for a couple of months maybe twice a week for mass? Cheers
First question: On shoulder exercises, for example on the second set i do 12 reps with 20kg dumbbells, after 60-70 sec rest period how im gonna increase the weight and do 10 reps? If with 20kg on the third set i can barely do 6 reps? , second question: If i stop being sore after an exercise shall i change exercises or soreness doesnt mean muscle growth?( example cant feel sore from bench presses or upright rows anymore) Thank you!
There is no way you completed this workout in a hour over 40 sets and 10 exercises with 4 sets each exercises unless your reating 10 seconds each exercise with no intensity . No hate to damien but you dont even need half of this volume along ss your trainibg intense to failiure

Don't increase the weight unless you can....soreness does not mean muscle growth.
What different muscle group does a dumbbell shoulder press work vs an arnold? I always do arnolds but have been curious if i should switch it up
Same but the Arnold does hit the front delts slightly more
