The Max Perception Build in Fallout is BROKEN

Sometimes... you can be just a little too accurate.
A bit of a departure from my typical content, but I thought this would be a lot of fun to share giving the newest Fallout series! However most likely it will be the OG fans of the game that will appreciate this video the most.
My buddies and I worked on a series of Digital shorts with lots of special effects, this being one of them! Id love to be able to do more of this type of content in the future, but it all comes down to time and resources. For now enjoy this little piece of my filmmaking history.
